  I have generally liked O'Reilly Auto Parts, but this store has let me down once too many. The first issue came a year ago when the rotor I was given was the wrong size. The caliper assembly warped from rubbing on the rotor at random times before the problem was discovered. I now make sure to do a side-by-side comparison before completing the purchase. The second issue was the worst. I bought a battery which the Assistant Manager picked off the shelf for me. Got home to install it and discovered she had given me the wrong battery. Wouldn't fit. Went to exchange the battery the next morning and the MANAGER of the store gave the worst service I've every experienced in my life! After ten minutes of arguing with the guy because he insisted on charging me the same price for the smaller, less expensive (by $10) battery just because I had used a coupon on the original purchase, he finally just gave me a manager's price adjustment so my cost would end up being what it should have been had the Assistant Manager grabbed the correct battery in the first place. I think twice about going to this store now and will be using the AutoZone across the street or going to a different O'Reilley Auto Parts store whenever possible.

  I've been going to this location for years. They consistantly hire amazing people that provide exceptional service. In fact, it's so good... I almost want my truck to break down so I have an excuse to go see them again. They're that good. I love 'em. They know what they're talking about and they care about your problem.
