  This has been the most frustrating experience with a phone carrier that I have ever encountered. I switched to Verizon last yr after being sold on black Friday promo and that I would be eligible for an upgrade every yr. I go in this year to upgrade my phone and I'm told I'm not eligible and that I have to pay $400 for my current phone. I explain the situation and why I switched and was basically called a liar. He told me "well, anyone can come in hear and claim that, so unfortunately I can't help you." Wow. Well thanks for that slap in the face. So I left and called corporate and they were a lot more willing to try and find out what I was told and to help the situation. Verizon still talks in circles, they just want money and there service really isn't any better than any other carrier, at least not in Utah. Not happy with the switch and not happy with this store. This is the same store I signed up with Verizon through and they won't honor what their own employees are quoting and selling customers on. I have several other friends who have experienced the same thing with them. We are being lied to in order for them to make the sale. Not honorable.
